No one is allowed to have multiple accounts. In D3V's case, we are not 100% if that is him or not, since there are about 6 members that have the same or similar IP's. You, on the other hand, were completely obvious with, NotGrav, ThisIsn'tGrav, etc. That is blatent, this is unsure on our parts.

Fact is, there are a shit load of Diablo n00bs that use numbers to replace letters all the fucking time, and since there was 3 people that had a link to every IP T3HDUD3 was using, we couldn't be 100% sure. Sure, the inference isn't hard to make, but mistakes were made before. Being 100% thorough and not basing our decisions on assumptions is a good thing.

So you are suggesting that one of those other two non-d3v matches somehow stole his IP and made a name right after he got banned just for the fun of it? I'm no college student like you, and I won't even go as far as saying I'm smarter or more inteligent than you, but it's NOT HARD TO UNDERSTAND. The chances of that are EXTREMELY slim.

Now, while I'm at it, I'd like to make the point that you're breaking your own rules. I know you're an admin and all, but flaming outside of the flame forum, especially in the FORUM DISCUSSION forum, is in fact against the rules.

Another point, you made no hesitation in banning myself, when what I did was in fact NOT AGAINST THE RULES no matter how much you think it is. My replies to every single post were ON TOPIC or RELEVENT and you gladly banned me for it.

First of all, you attacked the integrity of myself, as well as every other Senior Staff member, so you were in fact the instigator in this thread.

Secondly, not one person, now that it was discussed disagrees that what you posted in that God awful shit thread was in fact spam, irrelevent, and deserved a ban. If I didn't have a better head about me, I would and should for that matter, Re-Ban you right now and have you serve out the full Temp I issued. But I won't.

Thirdly, no, you are not a college student. No, you are not more intelligent than me. No, I don't just ban people on a whim and assumptions. Yes, of course, like we said, there was a slim chance it wasn't D3V, but we did give him the benefit of the doubt, which anyone would want to be given to them.

Finally, being an Admin means that I can do what I want. One of the perks. I don't go around acting all high and mighty. I don't abuse my priviledges at Zelaron. At worst, if I was a normal member, I would get a warning, and maybe not even an official one, being that I am a long time, contributing member, so get over it.
