Racism, Our friend or foe?
 

Well, I was at this state park floating down the river and stuff, and there were some Hispanics there. My friend's bro calls em dirty rotten mexicans, and they call us white trash and wiggers, though none of us was trying to act "black" if you will. I don't mind racism, but I AM white, so who knows. What's your standpoint on racism.

Racism will never end as logn as people are different....Int he future all that will be elft are black people.......their numbers grow bigger every day.

I'm completely against it, never really have understood why people would be stupid enough to hate others for the color of their skin. I find it's usually rednecks that always bitch about the "lazy niggers and spics" although they are just as (if not more) lazy than the people they hate. I mean if there wasn't racim we could actually hate each other for the people that we are.

I dont give a shit. If people are stupid enough to hate other people because of skin tone or any other stupid shit like that, more power to them. It prooves there stupidty.

Racism will be our undoing. It is synonamous with ignorance.

I am white, but I have friends of all different ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, religions, etc.

If I did not, I would know so little about the world. Different people with different thoughts educate us and make us all better people.

I agree with everything except the sexual orientations.. Human beings are just not meant to be gay.. But you are correct when you say different people educate us. Even these gay people might have something good they can contribute.. Because there is positive and negative parts to everything.. Unfortunatly even queerness.

from a marxist/economic point of view, gay people contribute more than the average straight couple. think about it, gay's generally do not/are not allowed/frowned upon adopting kids. So, they're "DINKS" (double-income no kids), without the gays our very economy would crumble

as for racism, i agree with that frick quote completely. The idea of knowing so little about the world by not accepting other races puts you "inside the box". Yes, the KKK have their own world views and according to the consitution of the united states of america, they can and will have their own morals and values. But, as soon as their hate goes beyond teaching, general conversation, and thought - and into the practice of hate. Then that is racism right there, which definetly is a gateway to many many forms of violence towards our neighbours... "what would jesus do?"

Another point is Genetic Diversity. The human race needs genetic Diversity to survive. If everyone was racist, eventually the races' genetic diversity would dwindle to very little. That is over a large amount of time, of course, and we may develope technology to help us, but if we dont, the human race would be doomed if where entirely racist.

Also, if the entire human race was racist, there would be more war than ever before. The "White Maggots" would be fighting the "dirty blacks" while they fight the "yellow skins" and then they back to the "White Maggots" again. The entire world would be in turmoil.

So I say, you see a racist, you slit his/her throat, because those kinds of people will be the downfall for our great race, the HUMAN race that is.

Racism will never be anyones friend, what kind of retard would even suggest that!? Imagine you crash a plane over in africa. The only people around are the "niggers" but you are too stuck up to ask the "Native Blacks" for help. So eventually, you starve. They try to help you (Because generally people are good no matter what their skin color.) but you scare them off. You die in the middle of Africa, because you are a racist pig.

The human genome does need diversity, but think of this. THe human dna has billions upon billions of nucleotides. There are 256,000,000 people in the united stats alone. Lets estimate that about 175,000,000 are white. Out of those 175 million people, no two people will have identical dna. Their genes would mix, and create even more variety during reportudction. The human genome would do fine with interracial breeding. What do you think they did in europe before africa or south america was discovered. They bred with only whites.

If the whole world was racist, we would still be in the smae situation today. Diplomacy would be barely avoiding a nuclear war or whatnot. We arent stupid, we arent going to nuke someone unless somethin ghappens, not because they piss us off. UNless of course, you insist that humans at some point took a turn for the stuipider as well.

If you were to be able to slit racists throats for their beliefs, the same would be instated upon you. If they didnt like what you were saying, they should be able to slit YOUR throat. Otherwise, you would be discriminating against hte racists. And thats not to much better then racism itself.

Yes I am all for that. I don't judge people by the color of their skin, I judge them by the content of their character like Martin Luther King Jr. wanted. Unity is how you come out on top, I just compare it to soccer. You can't have little bits and peices of skill by yourself, you must work together with passing and communicating and that way you will get a goal. Sort a good analogy i think.

You know I don't mind any race at all. My best friend is Mexican, he's awesome. I can stand Homo's and Bi's, if they don't try and make a move on me that is.
