MightyJoe 2004-06-23 08:51 AM

Death is a member of the following groups:
No Postcount (Voluntary):
Joining this group will remove your postcount display.

That is why.

Tyrannicide 2004-06-23 10:37 AM

The reason you are in that group is because of your sig "Post count means nothing"

iceman887 2004-06-23 01:38 PM

who put him there

You see, there is this really inportant word in that there post.

Voluntary.

Context clues are our friends!

Tyrannicide 2004-06-23 02:04 PM

He makes it sound like he didn't volunter. He said wheres my post count, if he volantered he would know.

HandOfHeaven 2004-06-23 02:07 PM

He might have just blindly, yes blindly, clicked it when making his profile/making sig or something.

Slim 2004-06-23 02:08 PM

As Titus said, context clues. Voluntary, I'm pretty sure you can't be forced into that group.

Oh god, I just noticed he's got one of those lame IP sigs. It's not even right. :haha:

‡AC‡ 2004-06-23 02:13 PM

You can be forced into the group, they came out with the no post count for a few people who were spaming just to raise there count. they made a voluntary sign up because other members liked it.

Titusfied 2004-06-23 02:15 PM

He probably just forgot. When the User Group initially started, a LOT of people signed up for it, and within the week or so, decided they wanted out of it. He probably falls in the part that signed up, but forgot and forgets how to get out of it?

Titusfied 2004-06-23 02:17 PM

Well, you can be Forced into a No Postcount group, but that is different than the one he is signed up for. There are literally two User Groups.

1. No Postcount (Voluntary)
2. No Postcount (Forced)

1. is what Death is in, while 2. is more of a punishment for spammers and such. Either way, you can't be "forced" into 1., since you can just as easily take it off.

I didn't join no group :weird:
Well , I dont really care :D.

Slim 2004-06-23 11:36 PM

It's voluntary, you HAD to join or else your post count would show.

It matters not whether you win or lose; what matters is whether I win or lose.

Slim 2004-06-23 11:49 PM

You, my friend, are insane. ;)

Please tell me that wasn't an attempt at an insult.
