Jello shooters
 

I am trying to make jello shooters, but they do not seem to be getting jelloey. I don't know if its because vodka doesn't work with jello or not or something. Does anyone know how to make them?

You have the normal recipe. Instead of using all water, only use 1/2 to 1/3 of the designated amount of water, the rest is vodka. Hard liquor doesn't freez, so if you use ALL Vodka, it won't get jell-o like.

I had some strange feeling Titus would be responding to this soon, possibly because alchoholism is his religion.

It worked in 40 minutes? Doesn't jello take a long time? I smell horse shit.

Remember, not much water so it probably became gelatinous faster.

It was probably already at the temperature of being Jello, and when he added more mix and water, it wouldn't take nearly as long. Only way I can justify it, actually.

Mostly what Titus said. It wasn't fully jello, but it was hardening.
