Cham rune

I do not trade very much so I am ignorant of the trade value for a Cham. Can I get one on West for 2 100 pdsc's? Actually, one is like 130 or so.

No. You will need like 15 of them. 2 of them worth an Um, and 8-9 Ums worth a high rune.
