What progress do you gain by posting more? What can the post count tell you that activity and longevity cannot?

well if your post count is at 1337..your activity/longevity can't tell you that your leet O.o

I dont need to elaborate, its all there, when your post count is 1337 then you are teh leet... but your longevity cant tell you that...nor your activity...i mean you cant have "1337% activity" ... and if you did then you are teh leetest!

Bah, who cares how many post you make. If all you do is spam then it means shit, but if you actually help someone or add to zelaron then it should be counted.

Actually, my post count and activity is good for my longevity. ;)

11.82 posts per day

I was at like 25 post per day back in the day, then the Zelaron went down for about 2 months or so, and I never recovered after that...

Only reason I lost posts per day is because of stupid server crashes!!! I'm usually at about 20-22 posts per day in my profile.

In reality, I post about 50 times a day, but back in teh day I obviously didn't

IN total, if no server mishaps occured, id probably have well over 8k ^_^

You joined in July 2003, but at the beginning of 2003, Zelaron was down for about a month or so (I think a little longer though). After that happened, about 1/2 the active member base gave up hope on Zelaron and never came back, or at least didn't come back for many months, which means that about 2 months of consistent activity was lost for most members that stuck around. It was a very tough transition period to get things back to normal.

If that never happened, I would easily have over 10k by now. :(

im glad i didnt have to go trough that, last crash was a pain in the ass for me, cant imagine how bad this must have been

Imagine how many I would have if I started posting like this when I registered Battlecruiser and was still posting O_O.

I actually don't even really know what happened to cause the huge downtime. I was just a normal member at that time, with no insight on the situation.

Akira_strider was tyrannicide under a new name. That's a no no so it got banned and tyrannicides ban got exteded.
