Is there a program which lets me edit mp3's? I need something that lets me cut the songs. For example I have this mix thats 80 minutes long, I want to divide it so that I have parts of 7-8 minutes.

Try this one. It's only a 10 day trial but if you just have that one track to cut up it may be all you need. There are tons more on www.download.com that you can try if you don't like this one. Just do a search for MP3 Splitter.
