Problem with my fps on cs
 

Yeah i just baught a Sapphire Radeon 9800 pro 128mb and i'm still getting 40-60 fps. I downloaded A driver for my vid card, but i'm not sure that is the actual problem.

I have a AMD Athlon 1.24
1 gig of DDR ram

no wonder... you have such a slow processor speed, with cs right now, if you have a really high processor and a bad video card, you can still get like 100 fps... but still 40-60 even with that low processor and with that 9800 pro, you should get higher, did u set all the settings on low? did u do opengl

Yeah my processor speed on my current comp is hella shitty. That's one big reason im getting a new pc.
