I agree, the Franz Ferdinand album was a lot better than I expected.

black sabbath- they invented metal so u name it

and props to raziel on his list... anything pantera or in flames owns

also yngwie malmsteen is a hell of a damn guitar player, but his attempts with band's blow pretty hard... but you gotta give the guy props he can fuckin shred

Type O Negative did an awesome cover of "Day Tripper" on their second-to-last album.

NO ONE FUCKING MENTIONED IRONMAN. That is the best Sabbath riff. Not their best song, just best riff.
