How many of you like said band? If so, what's your favorite song? For those who don't know who the band is, check out Shadow On the Sun on the Collateral album.

I loved Soundgarden when they were around, and I had respect for RATM (although I never really liked their music). However, I bought the first Audioslave album and I honestly couldn't get into it. There were about two or three songs I genuinely liked and the rest just sounded really bland to me.

Chris Cornell is a phenomenal vocalist and Tom Morello is a literal genius on guitar. However, for me, their styles don't really mesh all that well. It really feels like the both of them have to reduce their own brilliance in order to fit all of that talent into the band. The end result just comes out sounding forced to me.

hahaha... I crack myself up... Just messin around Raziel... You are exactly right about them. Soungarden owned, RATM I liked and respected... but Audioslave.... it's quite weak. I feel like they aren't using Tom Morello how they should... Rage was just so much better, and Zak de la Rocha was so godly that I can't handle them without him. I mean... fucking try and listen to Led Zeppelin without Robert Plant.... or something to that effect.

And how exactly the fuck did you know about the lightning bolts? Is Raziel gonna have to choke a bitch?
