Sounds like the voice (yeah i kno, how could it sounds like a voice when your reading it!) from carman, and the n.korean dictator from the movie Team America, its one of the creators of south park im guessing, idk Arec Barriwin is how he said alek baldwin (the crappy actor). But i have no idea wat movie.
