technical issue
 

ok well i just bought the game WOOT, but unfortunaetly im runnign into a couple problems...

1) EVERY single time i try to open the game it goes black shows a white hourglass and sits there, i hit ctrl alt del and it says its not responding

2) how do i let it know im gonna use my 1 month of free play?

if anyone can please help me i really really wanna play

When you create your account, it automaticly has the first month paid; of course, if it's still like it was at launch, you have to provide payment details for the second month in order to create your account.

so then in order to p[lay for my 1st month, i have to provide my credit card information? -because i read somewhere if you buy a gamecard to access your 1st free month youd actually be paying for 2 months (the free one and the month after)

my parents think its some scam to rip of the world...

Well, you need a credit card number or a game card number, and yes, it's BS. Of course, you can always turn right arround and cancel them charging the credit card after creating the account, though if you used a game card you're probably SOL.
