Food poisoning
 

Hey so you know what sucks ass? Going out to dinner with 8 people, and then 6 of them getting food poisoning. I fucking hate Bugaboo Creek right now. Jen even ended up in the ER last night. The two of us are doing better now, but I'm not sure about the rest of the group.

So now to the good stuff: Who thinks I should sue?:D

Go for it, but you won't get far on your own. If all 6 of you sue together, then there's a better chance you win.

It's not as if it's going to be by chance that 6 of 8 got food poisoning, so you've probably got a case.

dude that sucks cause i might have been one of those people if i went up. Hope u all feel better and hope u make a massive amount of money sueing.

Yah it sucks big time. I'm feeling a lot better, but Jen is still kinda woozy. I'm at her place right now and she's passed out on the couch downstairs. Luckily for me her mom is a nurse and I spent the night here so I could have someone watch over me. Chronic diarrhea and vomiting is just plain not fun.

On the plus side, the restaurant we ate at is now being investigated by the Board of Health!
