No, neither of them ended. The soonest Naruto could end is probably the end of October. Bleach... who knows.

Naruto's number of fillers is just pitiful. Did half of the manga creators die or something?

Both. The writing and animation is horrible. They are using the cheapest studio they could find to draw these episodes, I bet.
