I figured at the very least Lenny would be interested.

Hehe. You're right, I am interested. And I've seen the PSM3 video of the start-up screen. Sadly it's nothing special. :(

How good does it all look? And I think that might be the TV I want to get. :p

God damn Sony. You guys might not have heard, but they're delaying the PAL territory launch (that's the rest of the world) until March '07.

Japan will get 100,000 units, NA will get 400,000, with about the same expected for Christmas. And still Sony are adamant that they'll have shifted over 6 million by the end of March '07.

www.ps3land.com is always good for news.

Here's something that I'll find interesting, at least:

PS3 menu system, including things like web browser, IM, photos, music, and a little clip of NBA '07 at the end. Which looks pretty good graphics wise.

Look the same?

Look the same!??!

RIIIIIIIIDGE RACERRRR!!!!!

Sony isn't interested in gimmicks.

Erm... I don't believe they will, unless you have some kind of port hammered into the PS3.

They look similar, yes, but are they the same? No,

The L2 and R2 buttons are triggers, not buttons. There is a little PS3 button in the middle of the controller. They are completely wireless. A LOT lighter. And no rumble, instead SIXAXIS - tilt function, in other words.
