I need help on a cutscene
 

im Trying to start my game and theres supposed to be a scene wher it turns dark.. i already know how to do it all i need to know is how to put a picture on a game.. can nyone please help me?

Import a png. To do this go up at the top to the button 'Materials' near the database and import it into graphics/pictures.

O i also need to know how to tele from one place to another and keep the screen black like i tele from one place and then it flashes the image then it puts the black picture

Okay, I'm a bit rusty... I'll do it and then relay the directions to you.

On the second page of event commands there should be an option, 'change screen color tone' switch all color values to 0 and the amount of frames it takes to make the transition.

Nik, you have any problems with it?

Theres "change fog opacity" and "tint screen" , but theres no 'change screen color tone'

Oh sorry I have the official version... try tint screen.

The tint screen option should do the same thing. Postality knights merely made the buttons easier to understand.

To put your game on the forum, zip it and attatch it to your message. Click 'go advanced' for that option if you do quick reply.
