It was only known as FF2 for SNES. It's FF IV for everything else.

FF3=FF6

FF5 has never been known by any other name.

Actually, FF5 was, at one point, going to be released to the US on PC under a different name. I forgot though.

FF IV if you mean the one we're discussing now.

FF II if you mean the remake/port of the second one for Famicom.
