Boyfriend's dad
 

He had a stroke tonight. As of now I just know he's not stabilized and they've not been updated on his condition in 45 minutes. Craig didn't want me to come with him to the hospital, so I have to go off what he's telling me. I'm really worried about him since this guy took me into his home and tried to help me find a job. He's been so nice to me and treated me like I was apart of his family. He even calls me "Uncle J-P" to his granddaughter.

Keep him in your hearts and prayers, please.

That sucks. Hope he pulls through.

Right now they think the cancer that he had had may have spread to his brain and that may have been what triggered the stroke, but he may have nerve damage. Craig's still asleep right now, so I don't know much more than that.

One of my ex's mothers had a stroke because of cancer =(. That sucks. I wish him the best of luck. He sounds like a nice guy.

Well, his condition's not changed. Can't move or talk, but he can look around. That's really about it. They're still not sure what caused the stroke. :/

Let us know when he's stabalized, oh and a question I don't want taken the wrong way...


Is he okay with his son being gay? Not that it has to do with anything or not..

KJ was talking about how nice he is to him, so i'm sure its not a big deal.

Oh ok, it's not like he just told his dad he was gay or something and that may have caused it, guess not..

Hope he pulls through KJ.

Positive update!

His dad can respond, just not talk. He can smile, nod, etc. :)

Well, at least he's making progress. Hopefully his areas handling speech and all that kick in now.

Can only hope.

They pulled the plug on him today. We don't know exactly when he's going to go, but we just know he is.

That's so sad, is the brain activity too low or something?

Brain's so swollen that even if he was stabilized, he'd be a vegetable.

I like vegetables.
