I finally quit smoking weed. I have been sober since last weekend. I've just turned 18 last year and think it's about time to get out of the nest and go do something with my life. Hopefully not too many employers drug test. I'm practically made of weed by now.

Anyway, wish me luck!

Good luck and smart move. Now that you're an adult, smoking can really kick you in the ass if you get caught.

I quit about a year ago. It was tough as shit for a while, but I noticed cognitive improvement almost immediately (which is helpful as I'm back in school).

Problem with that is all his friends probably smoke. Right, kaos? In order for you to fully kick the habit, you need to get rid of all your friends that might bring you down. Yeah, that's pretty harsh, but it's the truth. =/

Thantos you are 100% right.. I had to give away my bowl and try and make new friends, which SUCKS.

I still smoke every once in awhile but nothing compared to the stoner I used to be.... Damn you probation :(

Not completely true if you have good willpower but usually that's the case. I'm on my 8th day now sober, and the first week is by far the hardest. I usually quit for a random period of time every couple months anyways just to keep myself in check and make sure I can still quit.

You guy's are too fucking right. Last night we went to a party and at the end I ended up smoking 2 blunts before I got drunk.

Back to square one. >_<..

I'll quit when I have to. Ha. Not smoking over the weekend though, I want to be sober for the parents.

I just went on a week hiatus in attempts to slow down and/or quit. That doesn't do much good when the roomate keeps buying the shit. Bah.

I smoked a blunt of purple to the head on saturday. It was like 3 o' clock at night and we were bummed out 'cause someone jacked my friends car anyway on the way home he was so zoned out and ran a stop sign, hit a big dip after the stop sign, and landed in another dip causing the car to jump a good 3-4 feet in the air. We didn't get home till like 7 in the morning trying to fix his car .

Err, I meant they busted his back window. Took his amp, wallet, and phone. Then we fucked up the same car again. :-\
