Including the end of his post? When it's a longer chain of capitalized words, especially words not necessarily capitalized in titles, it becomes a chore.

I prefer all caps. Though not grammatically correct, it does convey certain tones better than bold or italics. Subverting the rules of grammar for expression should be allowed.

Jesus Christ Wetwired The People Have Spoke'th Please Go Through And Have This Fixed, It's Seriously Harder To Read When The First Letter In Every Word Is Capatilized Rather Than Just Having The Entire Post Caps. If It Gets Out Of Hand, Im Sure The Mods Can Step In If Somebody Is Abusing It, But Then Again They Don't Have Shit To Do So Why Not Atleast Try And Give Them Something To Do.
