As you may of guess from the title, I am indeed purchasing a baby Central American Boa Constricter tomorrow morning. I bought two glass housings for them today. One is a 55 gallon, and the other is a 40 gallon-ish. I bought both from a gentlemen who posted them on Craigslist for 40$, the smaller tank (the one I will be using for a couple years) came with a under-tank heater as well, which would cost 15-20$ in itself.
According to several webpages they can grow 6-10 feet long generally and 3-5 inches in diameter. It is white, gray and blue. Pictures will be coming asap.

Actually, it is extremely difficult to test the sex of a snake, particularly with Boa Constrictors. It can only be determined officially after maturation, and with a set of anal probing. It is determined by how far in the anal probe goes. And the hilarities ensue.
