yo how come i cant connect to warcraft three i cen get on internet but not battle net why?

There are a few things that could be going wrong.

For one, What internet connection are you running? EX: Aol? DSL? Some sort of cable?

Also, you may be behind a firewall, which blizzard doesn't get along with and if I remember correctly you'll need to add blizzard onto the list that will allow you to connect.
