While posting a comment when you E-rep someone, can you use HTML code to change the size and/or color of the font?

No, you cant, no I won't, and there is no limit that I know of.

Question: Why won't you make it public? What is the problem with that?

There is no problem without it, but it would be fun to view other people's reps.

Also, I think leaving a comment should be REQUIRED. Rep without a comment should be considered bullshit rep and should be removed or disallowed to begin with.

Because that would work. Just like the post char limit works.

I'm sure I could do something with the rep, given enough time to figure out how it works. The issue is that I would burn out on it long before I finished anything.

Besides that, I'm not modifying any pre-existing forum system any more untill we move to vB3.7, and before that, I have chatbox stuff.

So, in short, the rep system will not change and we should just stop discussing it?

I'm going to try again for phase 2 of the minichatbox this Thursday. After that, I think I'm going to interleave work on the forum upgrade and the chatbox, which should serve to prevent burnout untill I finish it. Even so, the upgrade stuff will likely take between one and two months.
