You use paint shop Pro? That system gets on my nerves, I much rather use Photoshop cs 3 it's very simple to use and makes for killer graphics.

Same here, Photoshop CS3 kicks all of the other editors besides CorelDRAW X4 and GraphicsGale 1.92 (Which is perfect for site design and game sprite creating).

Hmm...I want to redraw that character model completely Coriander. It's a tad awkward looking to me.

I use PSP7, the last good PSP. Works as expected, very easy to use, only cost $70. PSP7 is also a mixed-mode editor: you can mix raster and vector graphics. My only complaint is that I can't find a way to export the vector graphics to anything but a Windows Metafile.
