Help! Car problem

I attempted to jump start my sister's van with the jumper cables. I put black on black and red on red (on both cars) started up my car then had her start hers. For some reason her car didn't start and now the radio, electric windows/locks and air conditioning won't work on my car...

wtf? I checked all the fuses but none were broken.

Any suggestions?

It sounds like you shorted out your own battery, lol. If you can take your battery out and run it up to an AutoZone or Discount Auto (something of that nature) then you can run it up there and they'll do a check on your battery.

Question beforehand though, you mention that your radio/windows/ac don't work, but did your car stay running, and if not, could you start it back up? You might have just blown the fuse that controls your HVAC and whatnot on your dash, I need a bit more info.

Im gonna run it to Autozone, thank you.

Did you end up making it up there yesterday?
