After much consideration I have decided to dedicate Hanturd to PvP. PvE is to retarded to care about anylonger. Bust your ass to get into said raid, and to often you are left out because said asshat social gamer needs quest item, your then told to wait outside the instance until they need you.. Fuck That..

Currently scoring 7,000 Honor/day I will aquire all of my needed gear before release. Do you guys think I should farm up some honor now, and just sit on it until 80? Or do you think I should go ahead and purchase what I can use.

Apparently honor will NOT be resetting when WotLK is released. This brings a whole new aspect to my original idea. Listed below are the requirements for the new level 80 pvp gear.

Honor Gear:

• Hateful Gladiator Belt - 49600 Honor
• Hateful Gladiator Bracer - 31600 Honor
• Hateful Gladiator Boots - 49600 Honor
• Hateful Gladiator Neck - 38000 Honor
• Hateful Gladiator Cloak - 38000 Honor
• Hateful Gladiator Ring - 38000 Honor
• Medallion of the Horde - 49600 Honor (This has 84 Resiliance)

Total: 294, 400 Honor
12,000 Honor / day

Arena Gear:

• Deadly Gladiator Belt - 62000 Honor and 1630 Personal Rating
• Deadly Gladiator Bracer - 39400 Honor and 1660 Personal Rating
• Deadly Gladiator Boots - 62000 Honor and 1720 Personal Rating

In my current gear anything about 1550 is impossible. It will suck to spend almost 300,000 HP (honor points) right when I hit 80, but I think that it will give me a huge edge in pvp. Also, by getting the Honor Set so early it will allow me to concentrate on my arena rating more thoroughly.

And Honour Points cap is 75k.

I read that the honor cap is [Highest Required Item]x2. So, if that is true then it looks like the new cap will be around 125,000 Honor. As for right now though, I will stick with 3,000 Honor farming per day so that when Wotlk is released I can still obtain a few good items at 80.

Yea, but that wont be til Wrath though as far as my understanding goes as those items aren't in game/available yet.
