Need Help With Math Logarithms

Is that supposed to be (2^x) - 10 = 225 or 2^(x-10) = 225 ?
Hm, I did a little reading on Napier. It seems what he did was analyze the relative differences between a regular sequence of numbers and the growth of a related geometric series. Sounds like a pain in the ass. |
