Chick goes to work, comes home and her son is missing, she reports it to the cops, the cops "find" him like 6 months later and return him to her, she claims he isn't her son, they claim he is and tell her to "try him out" for a few weeks, she does, notices he's 3 inches shorter than her son and he's circumcised, her son's dentist and teacher and others claim that he is not the same boy, the police do not listen, they throw her in a psych hospital, LAPD is corrupt, and you have to see it to find out the rest.

And it's a true story, which is cool.

Oh, and I got a chuckle out of this

My dad went to see that movie, and I came in right at the part where the guy was hanged. It was bizarre as I had no idea what was going on.

That was like 15 minutes before the end of the movie. And the movie is 2 1/2 hours long.

I just watched this film today and I agree, it was excellent.
