In a short summery: I've been kicked out of school until the end of the year, for calling someone a Lobster.

on a side note: I'm class president next year.

I've been calling him a Lobster, everyday, twice (or more) a day, since last quarter.
About 4 other kids got in on it.
He (The Lobster) actually was in on the joke too, until his dad over reacted and reported us to the school.

Now then, 'N payed another girl in on the joke to write a comic, about a story she wrote, about a time I tolder her about calling him a Lobster.
the girl showed the comic to the teacher.
I have no idea why, but this upset the teacher, she called down the disapline and our house leader person (I have no idea what she is. >_>') and they yelled at us.

The actual punishment is not said yet, but it ranges pretty Big.
at least a week in "Jail" to a Month of suspention.

Oh, and the Lobster got in trouble too... what the hell?

We all branded or arms with "L: xxx" (x's being numbers)
and started calling it "The Lobstercost".

It sounds to me like what happened was you and your friends use this word, "Lobster" like it's a bad thing. And the teachers probably assume its a racist thing, because almost everything is race related nowadays, so they asked you to stop. Instead of stopping and letting the school continue in their ignorant belief, you decided to draw attention and label yourselves with imitation Nazi Registration Numbers, and calling it the, "Lobstercost" (which should be "Lobstercaust", being as that you are claiming this is like the Holocaust). Obviously, a situation such as the near genocide of an entire people is nothing to joke about, and it is disrespectful to treat it as such. Your disrespect and continued ignorance of the reason you were being asked to stop is what you are being suspended/"sent to jail" or whatever punishment for.

You could have left it at, "Stop, that's not nice." or whatever was stated first. And because you labeled yourself, as well as your friends, you are all guilty by association. You all get what you deserve.
