It's probably a good thing.

It's a good thing when it's people moving back to city cores.

In my new neighborhood in Brooklyn, gentrifiers just recently starred coming out. So new shops and restaurants are opening daily. Its great!

thats just called that the economy is getting better ....

But why isn't it getting better everywhere, jamer?

Because NYC rocks and is one of the major world cities. There's so much potential for people to grow small businesses here if you have determination and the entrepreneur spirit.

So let me get this straight.
White people make a city. None white people move in.
White people move away and make a suburbs nice. None white people move in, but it's practically two different sections anyway?

I'd be interested in living in NYC myself.

Who wouldn't? Its the best city in the world!

I'm more for ... actually New York seems cool, yeah.

Biggest city is better.

That and theater. I'm sure the people would hate me and boo me off stage though.
