Curious... please help.

I was wondering if there was any way to burn an AVI onto a CD (not dvd - I don't have a dvd burner) and play on a DVD Player? Maybe a converter to make it a DVD readable file type? Or would it be too big for a CD. Anyhow, please respond if you have any information.

rip avis to VCD or SVCD...Most DVD players do support those formats.
