when u transmute an item that is 2 by 3 such as a double bow or an ornate plate with 6 p skulls in it does the result come out better if you are a high lvl like with gambling and imbueing?

Transmute an armor with 6 pskulls in it? Transmute it with what?

well... in D2 CLASSIC I can put an ornate plate (it can be rare or unique) in the horadric cube and then put 6 perfect skulls in the horadric cube with the ornate plate and then when I transmute it, it makes the item better.

I thought you meant putting a 6 socket armor that has 6 pskulls in it in the horadric cube..

That recipie works with any rare item... since .08 that recipie was nerfed...
