Sig Please

I was anting to know if anyone would make me a sig. I don't have the comp programs to run anything, and i would love to have a sig featuring Vegeta from Dbz, and my name stonedvegeta. Just use your imagination. Also, the person that makes it, can you host it too. I have no idea what i am doing. thanks
