Heres my prob, im trying to upgrade Win95 to XP and when i do i get this error message with blue back round in the msdos prompt

"A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage toyour computer IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL"

btw i have a 1gig 256ram 20gig hd 64meg video

any suggestions
