by "lock" and "own"
the more damage you do the higher chance you have to "stun" them
whenever a character recieves 8.667% of their total hp or more damage they go into a "recovery frame"
thats why its hard to hit back when someone with a high dmg/high %chance ds weapon is pounding on you
