skillwise maybe a few into cold Mastery (omg atleast 1-5)
and maybe a few into warmth

get a ber'd stormshield, coldness doesn't slow your cast rate down

2x occy for general dueling, and 1x con 1x occy for sorc v sorc

use 10x light skill with +hp/stats/fhr

use 10x small serpents charm of vita

17 mana/20 hp charms

i'd use oculus for general dueling and maybe wizard spike for dueling amazons, so that you don't get teleported around As much, and for more mana so you don't get mana burned (assuming you use energy shield...)
