70 str is fairly high... although u could just 20 ed-15 rec em to death.. thats what i have seen ppl do. Put a shitload of -15 rec + 20 ed in everything, saw a lvl 20 ama (200-700 dmg i think, guided) with 500 life.. not bad at all.
