I dont think either of these people know what a hybrid is. Mr. Lee, that's not a good gear setup for a hybrid, and why would you ever use stun for anything but a prereq?

That being said, use 1.08 BER arreats for the ITD effect, pretty necessary for throwing. Try to get a good cruel 2hand sword for your switch with a low strength requirement. -15req/40ed storm is what I'd recommend for a shield, as well as 2 good cruel winged harpoons.
The main problem I've seen with hybrids is low life due to low battle orders and low whirl damage because of low strength. Legit is probably the way to go as it's the best way to max dr, I would use 40/15 shaft and war traveler. 15 dr from string + 30 shaft + 8 BER = 53 dr while using throw gear, which will be hard to manage, don't get hit =/.

Oh yeah, and don't put min dex, you need 220 for block and dmg Iron skin and shout are useless, get 1 on zerk.
You need good frw, I'd use 20 3max/5frw charms and 20 3/20lifes.
