What would you do?

If I owned zelaron....
#1 IP Ban all the people I hate
#2 Deadmin Xenn, WW
#3 Deadmod 90% of the Useless supmods.
#4 Add popup adds on the guest area
#5 Possibly give penguin the kinda access WW has

Done. Whats your thoughts?
