Actually, that is even a better idea. Maybe it should be a certain amoutn of time here at Zelaron, AND at least 75 or so post count.

That way, you've been here long enough, and you weren't just one of those members that showed up one day, registered, and got lucky with this idea to make rules and regulations like this.
