Or They try to scare people not to hack in patch 1.10, which so they don't need to make a other new patch again....if the 1.10 patch will ever come out.

Also you can bet your bottom dollar that B.net will ban again if the patch not coming up soon. B/c they know how ppl work, first time banning they won't care, second time banning, they begening to carefull. third time banning, they either quit or won't use hack.
