well ppl just got my e-mail from blizzard.

looks as tho they really r closing the accounts for good. this is from 5 minutes ago.

We have received your request to recover an account password and we have
determined that the account has been banned or closed by Blizzard
Entertainment for one or more of the following reasons:

1. Spamming Battle.net Channels
2. Using third-party programs on Battle.net**
3. Advertising commercial and/or pornographic materials, links, or other
inappropriate information
4. Inappropriate behavior as witnessed by a Blizzard Representative - refer
to the Battle.net Terms of Use Agreement for more information
(http://www.battle.net/tou.shtml)

After approximately 90 days, this account will expire. At that time, it will
be possible for anyone to create a new account with the same name.

We regret having to employ such extreme measures; however, certain
unscrupulous players have impaired the game play experience of the community
as a whole and a severe response continues to be warranted. We will not be
able to supply specific information on the detection process or what was
detected. Furthermore, once an account has been closed we will not be able
to retrieve any characters, items, or account information (including Friends
List).

Please be advised that Blizzard Entertainment has an aggressive,
zero-tolerance stance against hacks, cheats, trainers and any other methods
of altering the game play experience on Battle.net in a way that violates
our End User License Agreement.

We feel that hacks and cheat programs provide an unfair advantage to their
users, and they impair, devalue, and - in some cases - seek to ruin the game
play experience for all other players that play our games in a legitimate
manner.

Please note that the use of such programs is a violation of the Battle.net
Terms of Use Agreement and/or our products End User License Agreements.

**Note:
Blizzard Entertainment considers any third-party program designed to affect
the way that a game made by Blizzard Entertainment interacts with Battle.net
- including seemingly harmless programs - a hack program. The use of any
such program will be detected by the Battle.net staff and may result in the
closure of the account tied to the usage of such a program, or even the
temporary or permanent banning of the CD key tied to that particular
account.
