and maphack only allows u to see what your computer and the game already see and know. all it does is to allow u to see what ur fellow gamers are wearing and what the world of the game u just entered looks like. u still have to play the game. it just allows u to see things that the game already knows are there.
they should be going after the ppl that dupe and hack up items.
those r the ppl completely messing up the economy the most.
before dupers and hex, a soj was worth quite a bit.
i can sell 5 pgems for 2 sojs now.
now tell me the economy of diablo2 hasn't gone down the toity

it could open up new ways to dupe, new ways to bot, or all together just better ways to cheat. it also could mess up items that already exist. patching things can effect other things in previous versions. if blizzard releases that patch they have to be absolutly sure it is very hard to cheat. this is one of the reasons they haven't released it, they prolly want to make sure the game has as few of leak holes as possible.
now i have worked hard on diablo 2 getting items and raising chars, but i would like to see what would happen if they reset everything. all accounts and everything. make everyone start all over. now i know they can't cause ppl buy stuff off ebay, and want there money back if they lose everything. but i think it would kinda be neat to completely strat all over again. be kinda interesting. lol just a thought. i ain't saying its a great idea

if there is a way to hack ppl will do it. what i mean is ppl want the easy way to get items and stuff. this includes scamming, hacking, duping, botting. these are all ways to get stuff u didn't really find.
and there is always gona be ppl that will not obey the rules of the game. thus they hack up the economy and trading badly.
and so far there really is no way to fix this, except blizz thinks banning will halp scare ppl from cheating. trust me on this
it is so easy to recreate a chars. all ppl do now is go online buy hex. use the hex to buy gear and make the char. and there u have it. the char is back to the way she was.
blizzard is not really helping ne thing. except it is really easy to make a game now. no waitng in line. i have to admit this is kinda nice.
