wereforms can be shifted at lvl 32 and retain their bonuses as if werewolf/werebear was that level until you unshift/die

and oak v how isn't always neccesarily true

for instance,
to str build druids using robo zerker
5 edias shael
one is using HoW and edmax armor
one is using Oak and edmax armor
one is doing about 1.5k-6k with 2000 life
one is doing about 1.3k-5.2k with 3000 life

if ping is similar the druid who goes into recovery frame less will win based on statistics

then again

two vitabuilds
with
1k-3k fury damage, 5k life

and .8k-2.6k fury damage, 7k life

can go either way. one will leech more one will never go into recovery animation, based on whos open wounds/crush blow/ds kick in.
