I reinstalled it and I noticed that decrepify from Baal in act 5 now lowers attack rating, maybe that works for necro ? And Baal has a new sorta inferno skill, I guess he would be hard, my hacked zon took like 3-5 minutes to kill him with like 20k bow damage.
