I was fighting between these two setups to get 75% IAS for 8/2, I'm not sure 7/2 is worth it...

In both cases use:
1 x 20IAS glove

Case 1:
2 x 40/15IAS in a bow
1 x 40/15IAS in helm
1 x 40/15IAS in armor

Case 2:
2 x Shael in bow
1x 40/15IAS in helm
*this will free my armor for 1 x Shael to help me
hit 32% FHR, not sure whether this is worth it either

Also I looked around and the only faq on Zon FCR was at at dii.net but had some really old timey fudge numbers from 1.04... no break point info
