I wanted to take a few minutes to discuss the situation with you about Group Chat and Friends lists. I understand the importance of these tools to your gaming experience.



We made a change to some backed server to server communication a few days ago in order to improve server stability as well as increase our ability to detect and repair problems more quickly. This introduced a problem with between our chat server and the game. We are working diligently on a number of problems, and this is one of our top priorities.
