I also don't see why there has to be a "vote", that's soooo uncatholic
. If the Bishop is gay, but doesn't participate in any sexual intercourse, then he should be allowed to keep his position as Bishop. But if he has been having relationships, he should be punished, that breaks the vow of abstinance he took and shows he isn't serious about his position.
I have no problem with homosexuals as long as:
1. They don't hit on me.
2.They don't act self-righteous about their sexuality.
3. And like someone said, they don't touch me or have naughty throughts about me.
