It's called AutoComplete and you can turn it off in the Internet Options. Go to Tools->Internet Options and click the Content tab. Click where it says AutoComplete and hit Clear Forms. That will clear all history in the AutoComplete and I'm sure there's a place in there to turn it off.

That way, your family will never find out about your massive porn searches.
