Instantly, Zero fires his arm cannon, but Sonic runs away in the last second and starts to collect some rings around the light pillar. Zero keeps firing, but Sonic successfully evades his shots. Eventually, Sonic collects 100 rings and turns to Super Sonic, the yellow hedgehog with twice as much hairgel as before. Zero is totally oblivious to Super Sonic's powers and decides to load his arm cannon to fire a more powerful projectile. Suddenly, Sonic performs a double jump, causing the entire arena to ignite in a 180 ampere flash, instantly short-circuiting Zero's robotic parts, and incinerating his human parts.
Game over, Zero.
